1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using David Lah Counseling's website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

David Lah Counseling provides online counseling sessions conducted via Zoom. Sessions are strictly limited to the agreed subject matter and are conducted for the duration specified by your chosen counseling type. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Booking & Payment

By submitting a booking request, you agree to the following:

• Payment must be completed within 1 hour of submitting your booking request for same-day sessions, or within 24 hoursfor sessions booked on a future date
• Unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled once the payment window expires
• Only clients who have completed payment in full are qualified to attend a session
• Your slot is reserved but not confirmed until payment is received and verified

4. No Refund Policy

All session fees are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling requests, or dissatisfaction with the session outcome.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered forfeited. No rescheduling will be offered and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Punctuality

Sessions begin at the appointed time without exception. If you are late, the session will not be extended — it will still end at the scheduled time. No one will be waiting beyond the start time.

7. Session Conduct

By booking a session, you agree to:

• Come prepared with your questions and topics in advance
• Stay on the subject matter agreed upon at booking
• Conduct yourself respectfully throughout the session
• Accept that sessions end automatically at the duration specified by your chosen counseling type, with no exceptions

David Lah reserves the right to end the session if these conditions are not respected.

8. Confidentiality

All sessions are strictly confidential. David Lah Counseling will not disclose the content of your sessions to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

9. Not a Crisis Service

David Lah Counseling is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care.

10. Google Calendar Integration

By clicking "Add to Google Calendar", you authorize David Lah Counseling to create a single calendar event in your Google Calendar containing your session details. We do not access, read, or modify any other data in your Google account.

11. Limitation of Liability

David Lah Counseling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
